The head of state conducted a visit to meet with national troops in the eastern front on the weekday. The president confirmed that he engaged with soldiers at the operational headquarters of the 1st Corps of the state defense force Azov, which is leading defense efforts in the Dobropillya zone, a town approximately 20km from the city.

Intense Situation in the Region

Recent mapping from a local initiative showed that invading troops had made gains into Pokrovsk and its environs, though significant areas remained beyond firm control by any party.
